Can I use my own Recip

Could I use my own recip on each free site i submit pointing to this page:

It is my own site - its not a link list but will have my own and sponsors free sites/galleries.

It might be better to use one of your three external links on one or more of the pages rather than a recip, that's what I do.

Thats what I normally do but was wondering if I would get penalised if I put it in the recip table instaed on the warning page (giving me an extra link for sponsors).
