So this is our Ice Age. Not everyone will be wiped out. Some live in warmer climates (basically every place on Earth that isn't flying a US flag)

The gov't (in this case, the FSC members) will be hustled into bunkers with plenty of warm blankets & canned peaches.

Of course, I'm a member of the FSC, but I doubt I'm safe. When I registered, I thought that by putting my website as greenguysboard.com would be a good move - sorta like a statement that we're here to help. I "donated" based on the money that the board makes & based on their "donation" guidelines page at the time (it's changed many, many, many times)

The board however, is in Jim's name - it's on his server - I'm just a pretty face :)

So let's say that I show up to get my spot in the bunker - my wife, who co-owns the company, is not on the list :(

The name of the URL I registered is not in my name :(

My biggest site is not on the FSC list :(

I assume I'd be directed towards the shuttle to the sun that's full of B-list celebrities :D

It's stuff like this that makes me stay at this board. I dont know Jim to well or GG or anyone on this board for that matter. But I know good people when I read them.

Greenie knows that link-o-rama would be safe in my name. It would be only in my name and I would even give up my accesss to it. We are members of a secret organization that I can't speak of. But we do truly trust eachother with our lives.

I guess I can give out one basic rule of our organization. If one member asks another member to do something, they can't say no.

Before all this started, I really was thinking of taking all the banners off the Link O'Rama - this was just a really good excuse to try it out (and it seems to have made no differance in sales, so who cares)

I am of course looking into putting all my content into Jim's name. Domains, on the other hand, there's no need to do anything like that at this time, trust or not.

Greenie - you are totally right - there is no reason to do it - it doesnt buy anything as the way the law has always been written, they can still inspect you for things taken down 5 years ago. Thats why after I saw you taking down all your banners - I started testing it on some of my category pages as well - and actually havent seen any difference in sales either. Only thing I have seen is a drop in bandwidth LOL - so a little savings in the bucket :)
