Stolen Galleries - Need to kick his hosting
 

Well, I dont know if this happens often but I have never hear something like this.....

I cut and build my own thumbs and vids to make them nicer and original, I spend big time doing this but I think it worth.
I have about 200 permanent gals in my dedicated hosting and for my surprise I have found in my AutoGallery DB a template which is using my content!!! YES, this fucker has download all my thumbs and videos and used them in his own template!!!
U can imagine how frustrated I feel right?

I have contacted to Hone Lynn from Sunnydollars (he is promoting this sponsor with the gals) and he tried to contact this webmaster but he didnt reply the emails so he decided to close his account.
The problem is that all the gals are still alive and I know that he is still submitting them, and I started to see these gals spread on lots of sites.

Well, some of u could think... why should I trust u? maybe u are the cheater... but maybe most of u know me and u could check that I have been a honest webmaster for 1 year, and if u have big archives u can see my gals there...
and if u make a whois search for my domain and his u can see that his domain was created 2 months ago.

You could follow the DMCA route with his host - once they have the form they would have to take him down - you could also file a report with his registrar since his whois is fake and most registrars will take down a domain if you can show copyright infringement and fake whois.

Wilkinson I hate that you are still trying to find this guy. We still haven't heard from him yet either :(

Anyway the most important for me now is try to delete his gals from the hosting.

you dont own the content you just have a license to use it

And yes I do find it odd. But, then again, he may just think that he hasn't accrued enough in his account to receive a check yet. I don't know. I am not inside of his head so I have no way of knowing what he is thinking or why he is doing what he is doing.

What Wilkinson has issues with is the fact that this person is using thumbs and videos that Wilkinson has cut and built.

Not saying he doesnt who knows, Your best bet is to contact the content provider and find out if the jackass owns a license or not.
Ive been through this so many times in the past. I used to play content police 1 hr a day
I even had richards realm and others send me links of of my stolen stuff submitted by others. good luck hutting em down.
