Exit traffic - is this site acceptable?

I've seen people sending out their exit traffic to matchmaking sites. Is there a problem if that site is own by an adult sponsor? In particular, one of these sites:

http://wildmatch.com/

Most places will count that towards the total number of ad links you're allowed.
