Looks like a great list to me, thanks for posting. How much traffic does it send per submit and do you submit more than once a day? I'm considering submitting every time I update my blogs, say 2 or 3 times a day.

i usually submit about once a day, but some allow a lot mroe than that...as far as traffic it can vary depending on the description and other factors from 300 to 3000

300 - 3000 extra free traffic sounds good. :)

I'll add some more when I get some.

I hope it works for you, I'm still expirementing with it adding and deleting sites but I need to go thru it again. It's on my list of things to do.
