... free sites with hardcore banners with or without new 2257 notice!? I mean do You accept them or not!? & how do You deal with old sites that still has Your recip but has lot of hardcore banners!?

Just curious ... I tend to keep the old ones & accept the new ones (if all other rules are followed)!? Anyone!?

Actually, I don't think any LL cares what you do on your own site as far as 2257.

Wether or not you as a submitter are 2257 compliant or not isn't a factor when I review freesites. You're the one going to jail, not me. :D

Whatever you feel comfortable with regarding 2257.

As for HC banners if you have HC content inside I have no problem. I see lots of sites with HC banners and soft content and wonder if they are the ones crying they don't make sales?

You missed the memo. 99.9% don't give a rat's ass if you have a 2257 on your pages. They're not the DOJ.

I am another one who says 2257 can kiss my whatever....more so because I am Canadian based and US regulations have no jurisdiction on me. I feel for those who are there though and have to be more cautious on what they can use and cannot use.

**of course, even though we are Canadian, the subject of hardcore imagery does have it's limits...if it's too hardcore or borderline gross, there is a good chance we would not use or accept it.
