Buying downloadable content
 

I bought a pic set from Greg-gregory last night and I chose "download" as the delivery method... every other content provider I have dealt with makes the download available right away, but there was no option to obtain the puchased pics with this particular content provider. So what happens? will he email me with the link? How long do I have to wait? I emailed him and have not heard back yet...

A few days ago I read a similar post and it seems that it just takes them a couple of days to do the automatic download.

Yeah weekends can be like that I find. I`ve always had great experience with them though and they were very accomodating with the 2257 stuff.

I totally forgot that some people actually take days off on the weekend ;)

Hi , I appoligize for the inconvience I am contacting my webmaster that handles that right now . You will be e-mailed a link for you to download this morning we are going to be making changes on our system to better accomodate our customers if you have any other questions please dont hesitate to contact me direct.

We also usually take from min to 24 hours to send out a link it also has to do if we are online or not.

You have been sent the link so you can download. I do appoligize again for the delay . So you will be receiving a credit for the same amount of your purchase.

Apparently there had been an internal miscommunication on your order and that is what caused the delay.
