What do you guys stand on people using gmail email for submitting?

Is it best to use your providers email, or gmail is ok?

I almost didn't give you an account when I saw the gmail.

I really prefer that people use their nick at one of their domains.

I actually use my bona fide ISP provided e-mail account for everything and would prefer submitters to do the same.

Why would you want them to use their ISP's mail? People change their ISPs all the time. I've changed mine twice in just the last few years.

I don't demand it, that would leave me with next to no submitters, but I would prefer it for the same reason I don't allow free accounts; easier to keep track of who's who and less chance of cheating. I've had the same ISP e-mail since forever.

I like my ISP email - had it since 96 & I honesly can't think of the last time I used their dial-up :D

gmail.com = free email = not allowed.

I consider gmail to be a free email addy just like yahoo or hotmail

i use my gmail to save my stuff, yeah yeah, i can crash my puter ones in a while, so i sent my own stuff to my gmail, for submitting i use the same email for already 4 years and i like to keep it that way.
