Converting freesites to AVS sites

Hi all,

I have been looking into converting my older freesites into AVS sites, and I was wondering if this was a standard thing too do?

Im trying to think of a way to recycle some of my older sites and content into something new.

So for you ll owners that accept AVS sites what would eb the best way to go about this?

Maybe on sites more than 6 months old?

any tips and advice appreciated

Cheers

Thanks for the info sortlinks

The thing that is holding me back about converting my freesites into AVS sites is that you can see 20 pics for free on the freesite but then I would have 30 pics (20 from the freesite) in the AVS section of LLs, and I just dont want to mess anything up by reusing the freesite pics as an AVS

Do surfers who normally look at freesites eventually look at the AVS section of lists?

I have no experience with AVS so its all new to me

hey msanchez,
Craig with Sexkey.com here. You shouldn't have any difficulty bringing your sites into the avs world. If you need assistance, let me know, as I can be reached at craig 'at' sexkey.com

Regardless of who you choose to work with, try to work it so that you can keep your sites still up but use the tease pics to put in the avs, with your banners delivering back traffic from the large member's area to your site. This way you will make money both on selling the memeberships to the avs, and selling your own recurring memberships as well.

Good luck

If you put up fresh versions behind an AVS you shouldn't have much trouble with those who list AVS sites, just don't slap an AVS over a freesite that's listed as a freesite :)

Well of course I would design a fresh AVS template but my concern is that I would be reusing content I had used a few months earlier as a freesite.

So it would be very similar content in a freesite that has been listed for a couple/few months and an AVS site that would be a new listing.

So if would be 20 pics that are already listed as a freesite that is a few months old I would like to recycle into a new AVS site.

So is there maybe a rule of thumb about how long I should wait to convert a freesite to AVS?

Thanks for the help all and info

how many pictures do you need for an AVS site? I thought you need like 50 pictures or something like that, am I wrong about this?

If you use 6 months for your cutoff you should be fine :)
