I'm in now.

I can never seem to pay for a submit- the payment page is always down for me

I was having problems on-and-off with Krawl's submissions for the last 2-3 weeks; sometimes it doesn't work first try (really KRAWLS), and flies just 20 minutes later...

It's been a lot better recently, but they were having problems 6 months ago or so. I usually submit late, not sure if that makes a difference. Em, keep trying. That group of sites is extremely productive for me.
