that's weird...I can send and receive emails and connect to FTP and upload files...but can't open anything in browser.

You probably should look into new hosting.

Your physical server is run by multiple server softwares, Apache being one of them. (mySQL, ftp, email, etc...) Sounds like maybe just Apache was looking for a reboot, but I'm far from being 'in the know'. ;)

I just switched over to a Webair virtual pkg -good price, that's why.
bit of a stressful change -it was my first time & didn't know what to expect. Couple of small problems occured that were corrected quickly by support, otherwise everything was fine. I still have a couple of LLs reporting a 302 error when I submit, it looks like this is a script problem.

All in all, so far I have found them to have good support, good pricing, and the stats are excellent once I figured it all out :)

Only time will tell in the long run, but so far I'm happy with the move.

I started out with a Webair $19.95 virutal pkg and gradually moved up to dedicated.

You asked about webair, I have had a great experience from them so far. I have two accounts with them, one for mainstream stuff and the other for adult. I've maybe gone through about 10 or so hosting companies in the last 3 or 4 years and webair are currently top of the list. I also have a dedicated server for one mainstream site with a different provider that hasnt been that good, unfortunately the webair dedicated packages are cost prohibitive imho, at least for me.

With webair I find the tech support to be good, the live support is especially quick. I dont think I've had any downtime in 8 months or so on either account and what I also like about them is that you can lump in several different sites under the one package and just pay the one fee - not all hosts offer multiple domains on one account. Prices are good value too.

Ive looked into your free sites and find they are fine...
try sortlinks.com and our other sites to submit 'em all.
