Hong Kong rules in favour of gay sex laws

Hong Kong-A Hong Kong Judge named Micheal Hartmann ruled that laws governing gay sex are unconstitutional and discriminatory. This landmark case is the first time that sexual orientation has been upheld as a protected ground against discrimination in a Hong Kong court.

Anyone remember what happened in houston when two gay guys were having consenual sex in the privacy of their home but were arrested by the police?

Ruling those kinds of laws unconstitutional prevent gays & lesbians from being harrased by the government. :)
