Contacting West Cash or Ukrainian Cash - help
 

I have been trying to contact someone from West Cash or Ukrainian Cash for a week now with no response. This is regarding payments not made to me.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with them?

I've' tried ICQ and e-mail.

Usually they send me e-mails in English, but I got this e-mail yesterday. Can anyone help me to translate it?

I think it's alternate keys that could somehow be translated into it's original language, and then translated into English.

That gibberish is what your computer translates languages it doesn't have the language packs for installed on your computer.

That's exactly what I needed! At least now I have a little more info as to why I haven't been paid :(

I'm still trying to get a hold of Max or anyone at West Cash and Ukrainian Cash. I chatted with Max a couple weeks ago and he seemed very fluent in English.

If anyone gets a hold of anyone at these sponsors, please let me know, as I really want to know when I will get paid! Thanks.

I got an e-mail today from West Cash:

"Dear webmasters!
We have two announcements for you!
First,
Due to lack of payments from the billings system Verotel we have to pay you money from our own earnings. We are committed to pay you everything which is held by Verotel but it’s going to take some time, hopefully we
manage to wipe off debts during two months. At worst our fist payment will be made on the 8th of September, it depends on the payment of the billing system Standartpay.
Perhaps we’ll start paying earlier. Accept our apologies and please be ready to wait.
Second,
Support was not working for a week because of health problems so could you please resend all your messages to ICQ and email."

What is up with Verotel?

Well, supposedly they were supposed to send a payment by the 8th, but I have received nothing :(

Owe me $800 now.

I just got this e-mail from West Cash & Ukrainian Cash today:


"Dear webmasters, our bank has established new tariffs for wire transfer.
Wire transfer to a person - USD 50
Wire transfer to a company - USD 45

All other tariffs have remained without changes."

Don't worry for payments. These 2 sponsorship programs have a good long reputation and will pay you for sure!

I speake with this guys, everything is Ok they pay all payment without problems.

They have been great programs for me in the past. It's just that the communication about what is going on is kind of leaving me hanging. I can't contact them on ICQ either.

How did you speak with them? I need to make sure they combine my payments into ONE wire transfer so I only get charged once for the wire transfer.

Max has sent me a partial payment :)
