Hi mate - I hear there are some issues with the accounts right now, I dont knwo the exact details though paid partners are having issues logging in.

I wouldnt worry too much they are really easy to get hold of and trust worthy. I think though if we all bomb them with support issues then it may slow down a fix.

I have a submit pass and had no problems logging in, but I do notice when submitting its extremely slow

FWIW, I use SubmitPass to post to a couple of other sites (not Richard's) and find 'em occassionally slow too - stuff times out and I have to re-click. Just a function of the server load, I presume.

I submit there daily, no problems at all.

I think that after a month the problems they've had are solved already...
