Strange Results?

I was just doing a search for the term 'gang bang' and the top result was from this site:
http://glass.robotheart.org/utena/
The site also has a PR of 6 but checking for backlinks I couldn't really see why the PR is so high. Any ideas how this dude managed such a high rank on suck a popular term?
