Blacklist?

I recently picked up a dropped domain (www.anjaliporn.com) and have submitted a few galleries to Tommy and RR. I usually have no problems at all getting listed with them so I'm starting to think the previous owner of that domain got his ass blacklisted. Do you ban based on emails or domains? And what's the URL for the ban thingy checker again?

but that domain is not on there (so I guess that's good, but not really helpful - lol)

LOL, thx GG, I lost that bookmark when my HD crashed

I really wonder what's up with that domain, maybe the galleries I submitted sucked major ass :(
