Established link site recieving 45k hits and 25k Uniques monthly.
Also 14 free gallery sites that are listed in over 100 link sites each are under this domain and they would also go in the sale. They also have good pr as they are listed on my own link sites.
These free sites are making sales with nasty dollars, platinum bucks and ars and the traffic does convert as it is all search engine and link site fed.
I own 4 link sites and this has had it's categories, primary categories (where your links would be) and sites have all been given their PR from one another. I have no intenetions of breaking the links if the recips are all left.

I just pulled these off of the server.

The link site is setup so you own all the links on the primary categories and then the surfers are led to the 'standard links' << submitted links .. after another click - this dramatically increases the CTR to your sponsors.

This link site has a modified admin script whereby it will ONLY allow submitters on your approved list, will check for the recip link on the page, limit the submit to 1 (as many as you choose) daily. Have also got a blacklist should you want it but to be honest you just remove the account.
The site is recieving between 20 and 30 submits a day but 99.999% are accepted as they are all approved submitters. This has only been limited by the fact I have been charging for submit accounts or making sure submitters have sites already listed to verify good character.

With it you would also recieve full use of my board if you want to use it converse with current submitters and ability to approve your own submitters as you need.

The combined package is currently making alot of money, so I am not willing to let this site go for a measily amount. Anyone considering sending a message with a rediculously low offer, needn't bother as I can afford not to let this go.

Re. the free sites look at the bottom under standard AVS and Free site listings, they are there.

I had a buyer for the site and the sale fell through and lost ICQ when my PC crashed... for some reason it dropped contacts. Anyone that sent me messages before contact me again as It's still for sale.

To be honest it is a nice site even though it is a bit rough round the edges and does ok financially. The main reason for letting it go it that it could do with some extra time spent on it and I have another 3 link sites.
The link site is fully up-to-date with no backlogs.
The free sites are all listed in link sites and still have continuous traffic going to them so even if this doesn't sell fast I'm still making on it.

The site has been redesigned and is doing better than it was. Just moved it to a new host too a couple of months back.
