I'm up early and excited at the prospect of going to school with my little guy today. Grade 1 is a big step up from senior kindergarten and I'm quite confident he's ready although he is a little frazzled because after today, he's going to be going back to his mom. :(

Anyhow, I hope you all have a really good day and if today is not the first day of school for some of you, play along with the rest of us, ok? Thanks!

I really dislike the day after Labor Day.... it means it is time to get back to work after my 4 month summer vacation :(

the good thing is the slow summer season is OVER :D many happy sales and rebills to all!!! (thank golly that school is back in)

Not getting totally wasted on a Sunday seems to affect the first 2days of the work week a lot. I did more yesterday than I did the last 5 mondays all together :)

We had a summer slowdown???

I flunked 1st grade and had to repeat it. lol

Today is another fucking raining fucking day. My house guest leaves tonight. He got to see Ft. Laud. raining everyday and just about everyone that I know was out of town for the holiday so he got to spend three days watching me work. I say he was one lucky man to have had the privilege of watching me work. :D

I'm taking it easy today as I've spent the last week Rebuilding my Tranny and am very burnt out.

Good morning!! Ugh, the first day back after a very pleasant three day weekend is always hard. . .and it was such a nice weekend too. . .

Saturday I went to the reniassance faire, and Sunday was my birthday, I did nothing all day, just as I planned. |headbang| :D And yesterday was cleaning up around the house and doing laundry, but still mostly relaxing.

But now it's Tuesday, and back to work time, have a great day all, and to all of the parents with kids going back to school, enjoy!

another fun filled day under the CF lights pushing data. I'm hoping the mail gets here early so I can confirm something I believe MIGHT be true. If it is true, its time for a celebration -- probably a glass or two of the bubbly... diet coke of course.

Congrats on taking the little one to school. That is exciting. Here in the USA most kids have been going for weeks. We have new standardised testing which in the long run will keep kids in school longer and give them an even worse education then Americans are already getting.

My kids don't start school till tomorrow. We give the teachers a day to sober up after labor day weekend.

Anyway, whatever.

This is the first year in 26 years that I don't give a rat's ass when school starts. Except for my poor daughter that worked her 10pm-4am shift at subway that had orientation for college at 8am. Almost time to let her off the working hook and give her the deal I gave the boys, as long as you do well in school, no work is required. She just needs a little more humbling before I do it :)

My youngest will graduated this year (fingers crossed) and I'll be done with the public school system. That will be cause for a huge party in my book!!

I'm cleaning and trying to get some work done online. I cleaned my 17 year olds room......damn what a slob!! I left one dresser for him to clean, wrote in the major dust storm on his dresser "clean me"..

Chicago for a week but she has had some issues so is coming back early tomorrow.

mine officially started high school today. 4 hours of class time weekly and 30 hours of online work.

So i get to CAM 4 hours per week woot.. ok 3.5 well maybe 3. lmao.. |bananna|

Spend the morning running around for the pick sheets.. that was fun!!
