We have no information about when power will be restored or what the status of our servers or network will be when power is restored.

Yeah I got sick of going down every time my old host had a power issue so that is why I moved to the host I'm at now,Colo-Cation.

The backup power for our data center initially failed, but is expected to be back up soon. Our technicians are waiting for the go ahead to start flipping switches. General power in the Los Angeles area is still out and we have no information about when it will be restored

Looks like LA is a real mess right now but it is being reported that power is starting to come back in in some areas.

Yes my company on there page showed they should be flicking switches on the backup generators soon. Note to self get the hell out of L.A for hosting companies thanks for the link also Cleo

I would imagine for those who have servers, do not or unable to afford backup datacenter locations other than in one place only?
