My pics for the fall season (2005-06)
 

The last few years of TV have been REALLY bad . Nothing but an endless stream of reality shows , crappy sitcoms, BH-90210 clones and soap opra's cloaked in the form of dramas (desprite houswives anyone ?) Needless to say TV has really been bad. true there have been some shows that were good but very few of them are coming back. Enterprise, tru-calling, and angel are gone for good.
And that is my fate every season , any show I like will die before it has a fair chance.
it happened with dark angel , angel , buffy-TVS, kindred the embrased etc etc ...
well this fall it seems there are a good number of new shows that appear to be worth watching here are my pics .
I'd like to talk on this thread about your thoughts on the fall season.

I also will NOT be watching anything new as I got roped into a couple new shows over the last seasons, only to have them canceled after 5 episodes.

At least HBO plays all of the episodes of their crappy shows :D

The only TV show that I like is the new Battlestar Galactica.

LOL nope , I'm actually 35 I just like hot chics fighting demons and mutants .

Dude cut me some slack , its been 15 years since I was in school, and I've been a bouncer for the last ten .
BTW: its interesting that spanish is my second language an my spelling is perfect in spanish , posibley because everything is spelled exactly how it sounds.

Sad but true often HBO keeps shows on long after they should cancel them .

I see some new shows that I plan on watching but, I do hate getting sucked in just to have the rug yanked once I get into them. At least Arrested Development made it another season. I guess it took winning multiple Emmys to get Fox to keep it.

Desperate Housewives is good shit & I can't fucking wait for Survivor to start |thumb

It's fine if you like such things , but desperate house wives is soooo mundane. just go to the suburbs and you can see all those people .

And surviver was ok the first time but geez .
I do like "lost" now thats surviver with a twist .
It's like surviver meets X-files.

I have many issues against FOX .
They dont give shows a chance .
They kill'ed "the lone gunmen" after 4 episodes.
The lone gunmen was a spinoff of the X-files.
They killed "dark angel" after 2 seasons .
They killed "sliders" after 2 seasons but It lasted 5 more seasons on cable until the main charactor defected to be on crossing jorden(that stupid bastard).
They killed "alien nation" after one season .
and the list goes on and on .

Saw "The Wat At Home" last night and thought it was friggin' hilarious! If you haven't checked it out, you should. It will make you laugh - more than once even.

I'm not really into sitcoms , but I did see it at a friends house , kinda hard to believe the man charactor would have a problem with his daughter dating a black guy , since he spent most of the 80's and early 90's playing charactors that were white guys that wanted to be black (exept for in "higher learning" where he played a skinhead).
The show seemed ok but I wont go out of my way to watch it .
supernatural on the other hand I will, BTW:
Threshold premiers tonight , I cant wait to check it out . it seems like its gonna be good.
