Yup... it is on the list. There was a lawsuit against it, but I think it failed most massively...

Actually, it's available to us now! We just run down to the US, buy the system, and pay for a year in advance for the programming. ;)

Now, if I just wasn't so damn lazy.....

There's a lot of Canadians calling O & A each week with their illegal XM Radios :D
