New Federal Law Proposes To End Adult Video Production

WASHINGTON - Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.), one of the most religio-conservative politicians in Congress today, has introduced House Resolution (H.R.) 3726, which would amend several federal laws, including the Recordkeeping and Labeling Act (18 U.S.C. §2257). The move marks the Religious Right's most blatant attempt yet to destroy the adult video industry, this time by granting the Justice Department increased powers to target adult producers within a state, without having to wait for them to ship their product across state lines.

When I travelled over seas I often carried a maple leaf pin to wear on my jacket if I got in a situation. Maybe it's time to do more then just wear pin. I love Montreal.

Ha! So many of us American tourists do that, quietly camouflaged in MEC jackets and maple pins. :D

RE: "When I travelled over seas I often carried a maple leaf pin to wear on my jacket."

What you fail to realise is that outside the continent of America, too many people have no idea that the maple leaf is the symbol of Canada. You need a teeshirt with big bright dayglow letters on it saying "I am a Canadian".

Or you could use the method that a Canadian who was my boss many years ago used. If anyone assumed he was from the USA, he hit them.

You'd be surprised. People would treat me very differently both in business and on the street. No one wants to mug a Canadian or kiss his ass.
