I know that anybody stealing in the computer trade ain't going to last long.

That may be a new story but it's old news. I've seen huge lists of pornstar's information. Hopefully the courts will uphold the right to privacy and see 2257 as a major breech of such.

About a month ago FoxyAngel had some guy riding a bicycle come knocking on her door late at night asking if he could watch her dance on her stripper pole. He got her personal information from her 2257 info. :(

Maybe after someone is brutally raped and killed enough outcry from this moronic law will cause it to be changed.

Unfortunately the damage has been done and I'm waiting for the law suits against DOJ for this. The IDs for 1,000s of models are now scattered all over the world and once the law gets shot down then there is a good chance that law suits could be won.

The problem is THAT guys works for a large company that has always had access to the information. Nothing there has changed really. A company has adult content and has the proper docs.

But that guy is an idiot employee rather than someone responsible. :(

But reading Cleo's statement about a guy showing up at Angel's house is what could make the law suits viable. Basically if a right to privacy is considered a Constitutional right then the DOJ denied everyone that has posed nude since 1995 thier rights. Remember what has been propsed by Bill First is that nudity and even simulated sex acts like Ricki Ricardo kissing Lucy good bye is now subject to 2257.

John Roberts has kind of stated that he believes there is a Constitutional right to privacy. He has also hinted that he doesn't believe obsenity is protected as free speech but at least he focuses on rights.

Yes, I'd like to know who this idiot works for. They're not doing a good job of screening people before giving them access to this information. He may be an idiot but it's very possible the people that hired him are even more so.

All I can say is that idiots like this need to have be strung up by their balls.
