I am already buying my second home. I have to say that it are two very nice appertment i am not really a house guy. Give me a luxury appartment and i happy |thumb sorry got no pics as i broke my cam not that i ever use it not really a photo guy :D

I owned my own home before this, but I did buy a bigger home once things got rolling.

I bought my first house right out of the army when I was 21, second house in 98 and was given this one last year :) There really is nothing like a free house.

I also own my own home but it's a combination of my work in the adult biz and my husbands job that allowed us to buy instead of rent. This is the 2nd house we've owned.

I owned my own home before getting into mainstream or adult. I'm in the process now of buying a second house (2-unit apartment house) and becoming a slumlord (landlord).

We bought the home we live in 28 years ago. And have been happy here ever since!

I paid off my house with porn money. Nothing to worry about now but taxes and utilities.

And repairs, because it's an old house.

My bank owns my house -- couldn't find cheaper money. With the tax break, I think that money is only costing me 1.8%. Sure beats the 4.9% that my credit cards are charging.

I own my house, but not with pron money. Porn money just about fills up my gas tank, but as I'm driving an SUV in California, that ain't bad. ;)

Right after I started in this biz I lost every thing to some very croocked divorce attorneys (3 of them no longer practive law). I just bought a 4 bedroom home with a den. Well, I borrowed money to buy a home.

What's going to be interesting is how many people have bought homes during the Dubya years that will face foreclosure in the years around 2008 to 2010.

My little shacks are all paid for with porn money :)

Actually, my house is owned by a faceless company named PHH, but I do send them a lot of money each month so that I can live here :D

SirMoby, you are correct, there is going to be a major crash somewhere along the line when a democrat gets elected President and is forced to raise taxes to pay for all the stuff that the tax cutting republicans signed them up for. At that point interest rates will probably go enough more than enough to screw some people up.

Already there is softening in the market around here on Condos, as people have overbought and are looking to bail.

Wish I could say porn could pay for my house, the bank would fucking laugh at me right now.
Not even close to making minimum wage pretty much ensures you don't qualify for a mortgage.

I rent, but my goal is to have put enough cash aside to put a deposit on a house within a year or two. Prices where I live are pretty high, the 3 bedroom semi-detached I now live in costs me around $1600 a month to rent, going rate to buy is around $500k for a decent place, $300k for a shitty one. Funny thing is it would be cheaper for me paying off a mortgage, it's just getting that damned deposit together in the first instance.

My wife and I bought this house after we got married 8 years ago. We will be selling this house and buying a nicer/newer place (fingers crossed) in spring. We aren't buying a better place due to porn money though. My wife makes a very decent living without my pathetic leaching ass. If we had to live on my porn money, you would have seen me on tv looting the fucking Wal*Mart in New Orleans a couple of weeks ago. :D

Like a couple others, wish I could say porn paid for my house. But nope, previous life, investments and the bank did it.

On the subject of housing: I don't rent, there is no investment there.

We've always owned our own home, from the time we got married (I was 22, Carol was 18). But Porn did buy us a much, much bigger house, and also bought us 2 others we still have. Porn is also paying for my "little" house on the hill in the British Virgin Islands ;)

Bill, sadly, the longer the republicans stay in power, the bigger the FUTURE bill gets. It never ever every comes due when they are in power (although I guess they finally did during Bush 1, which pretty much did him in). Until things get fiscally so bad that there are no other choices, debt and overspending are issues swept far under the rug, so next election they can talk about the "tax and spend liberals" (as opposed to the "just spend conservatives").
