My freesites not listed in ioxxx

I am submiting freesites from domain: www.cocks-world.com and I dont see any listed in ioxxx. Why ?

Hi tom,
we have a backlog on ioxxx.com. It may take more than 1 month to get listed on ioxxx.com. There is a note about that just above the submit form.
