Really, it's all Jimmer's fault I am once again loose on the blogging community, this time in the adult section |devil|

I set this up on Wednesday, would y'all experienced bloggers like to give it a critique? What am I doing wrong? What am I doing right?

Hi Ana, the first thing i immediately notice: where are those juicy pictures? I'm no search engine who like text, i'm a human who likes some juicy pictures with juicy text ;)

You might want to put a couple of pictures on your blog cause when i see your blog i only see text and most surfers aren't good readers. They read a bit when there is a picture illustrating the text. I guess when there are no pictures they surf to another blog, i would, but i'm not a surfer so you might want to look at your stats.

Thanks for pointing that out, TwThumb. I can see the advantages of a few judiciously placed thumbs :) While I am targeting the erotic stories fans (since I do a bit of writing myself) I probably should throw a thumb here or there for the "quick scan" surfers. I have to admit, even with all the hype about how blogs help I am surprised by the high rate of click throughs, and it seems I am getting a decent amount of bookmarkers too |headbang| So far, so good. Let's see how the thumbs help.

Thanks for the compliment Ronnie. Ya know, maybe I'm just deranged, but somehow I have always thought blogs are SUPPOSED to have writing LOL |bananna|

I think they should be also, thats what they started out as. Think to many people take the easy way out and just throw up some FHG links and they are done. Maybe they should be caled TGB? (Thumbnail Galery Blog) ..:) But seems to be working for some.

adult blogging is a fine mix between pics and porn and text. :)

find the right mix for your readers. but you certainly dont want to do completely without one or the other ;D
