Hi all, I read about an upcoming trade show on platinum bucks affiliate area and wondered if anyone is going to it.
Its called: The Everything to do with sex show, and runs 21st to 23rd Oct.
Full pass ticket $30 all weekend
Day pass $17 per day if ordered online.

From a quick gander at the show's schedule, it doesn't look like a trade show, but more for civilians really. There is a nice class on giving head though. ;)

It does make me wonder why our shows cost so much while offering very little, but that show has all kinds of crap going on at a very low price.

Looks like a fun show but it's not a trade show for webmasters. If I lived within an hour or 2 of Toronto I'd be there.

We weer invited down by the organizer a number of years ago when he was trying to start up a B2B area. It is fully geared toward the consumer, and mainly has local stores and services exhibiting. We found it a bit boring, but then again, we aren't part of the crowd they are selling to.

I have attended several of these, not sure why really. It's a giant stag shop.
A comfortable environment for consumers to peruse and purchase adult products, although it feels like a flea market in there.

Nice opportunity for someone selling novelties, swing club memberships, or even 'have your own website' services, but very little in the way of b2b, other than the Coquette wholesale booth upstairs. I can see branding opportunities though.

Hi there |waves| late getting back to this but its been a busy day... We are still thinking of going down even though its not what i thought... ( like the idea of the head class though UW :D )
Besides which the break will be good and who knows we may learn something.
Failing that it will be good to catch up with you guys from plat bucks,say hello, and generally pass the time of day... I'm always up for meeting new people and its good to put a face to someone ive sent an email to.
Anyway back to the grind for now...

I went to it last year and it was a great big stag shop. It could be used as a branding stop tho if you had some product that you wantd to promote. :)
