Program that keep track of exits
 

Hi all,
I am just wondering about if there excists a program that keeps track of where the surfer goes to from your site/gallery etc.

I would just like to see how many surfers that actually ends up at the different places where I send traffic. It seems like stats on the different places can be difficult to understand sometimes.
