Report: T.O. should give out crack pipes
 

TORONTO (CP) - Toronto could become the next big Canadian city to give out free drug paraphernalia and designate legal drug-use zones if city council decides to pass recommendations in a new report.

I use to think when folks spoke of a 'crack house' that they were referring to a 'whore house'.

needles i can understand but crackpipes? come on. they can just make one from shit they find on the streets.

I'm 2 hours from T.O. We have garbage collectors that won't pick up because there are syringes sticking out of the bags in one neighbourhood. Something has to be done. I say send 'em all to T.O. (j/k ;))

On the other hand, I'd get busted for smoking a joint in my backyard if my nosy neighbours had their way :D

A good glass crack pipe is way better then using ashes and an empty soda can.

As an ex drug addict I think having a section of town where people can do their thing is a great idea as long as it isn't anywhere near where I own my home.

I agree with Cleo.. it would be easier to try and control the situation then try and fight it.

Yeah, so they're gonna let crackheads legally smoke in peace but if you smoke a cigarette in the wrong place they'll prosecute you to the full extent of the law... I can't believe that the people who come up with these ideas are paid with public funds.

Can you imagine sitting around a boardroom table and being like hmmmm.. what about these crack addicts, must be a little inconvenient for them what with crack being ILLEGAL and all, lets divert some money from education and health care so we can keep our drug addicts high as kites and safe from law enforcement officials. All in favour?

He's the guy keeping my fantasy football team undefeated. ;)

Basically, a very gifted, athletic individual whose ego is typical of the fiber that is destroying the game of football AND the anti-thesis of what a role model should be to young fans and aspiring would be players. Without him, the Eagles are nothing.
