Desperate please help!
 

Hello everyone,

Ive been at this for 2 months now and need to speed things up quickly. My husband took off on me and I have 2 kids with one on the way. I know I can take care of my family through these sites I just need a little push. I am a hard worker and willing to go to any extent to make this work. With that said please take a look at a couple of my sites and tear them apart. Still havent made my first sale, building 1 free site, 1 gallery per day submitting to 75 LL's now, plus 300 galleries per day. I am averaging 100 click throughs per day so far need to get 1 sale per day (i have allot of work ahead i know :)

I think your sites look great! Really not much to tear apart there. You might want to spice up your sales text a bit, get more in the face of the surfer, be explicit.

Apart from that I believe the teen niche is probably one of the most competitive. Consider branching out and trying different stuff.

100 clicks to sponsor (3000/month) really isn't enough to draw any conclusions from. In the right niche and a good month it could give you 10+ sales. With a competitive niche/poor paysite you could go months without a single sale.

Just stick with it, try new sponsors and niches and the ball will start rolling. Good luck! |thumb

One thing I would check right away is that your getting listed - and 300 galleries a day, you must be using a submitter tgp software with there DB that really isnt that good I hear..

also your only getting a 100 click throughs to the sponsor a day ?? either your not getting listed or your not giving the surfer any reason to go to the sponsor...

This is a tuff biz to break into, just 2 months of building and submitting isnt long enough to start drawing se traffic in most cases, hope that helped

Yep, make sure you're getting those sites listed. I don't see anything terribly wrong with them that would prevent listing ...the sites are pretty clean. Only thing I see that 'may' be causing you listing probs is the length of your main page. That's a pretty long scroll to find the gallery links.

As others mentioned, you could spice up your sales text a bit. And try to hit some more exotic niches. Teens can be a real pain to sell...there's SO much of it out there for free.

Just a few ideas of smaller niches that sell pretty well...

Foot Fetish
You get the idea...something a bit more specialized and not so over-saturated as teen.

Sorry to hear about the family issues :( This can be a tough business and it can take a while to start generating decent revenue.

Im having no issues getting listed - I check my confirms everyday and match traffic to link lists every other week to make sure Im getting traffic from them. It sounds like my biggest problem is the whole "teen" niche. With the smaller niches your saying Ill get much more sales? Well then thats where Im going :) I was told that single girl sites would really help. Guess not. Question: I am noticing that a majority of the sites out there are much less "flashy" consist of all text except the pics / banners. Could this be an issue for me or no?

I know it's hard, but it's all about persistence. Stay with it, and things will work out.

Not only might it help to try different niche's different sponsers might sell better for you.

Hey listen. I dont know how you are on your morals but since you are in the porn biz I take they are differant then the average mom and pop down the street. That being said, if you need money fast and want to stay home with your kids. Work on Cam.. It really dont matter what you look like, everyone has their own tastes. Low end of the game if you work and I mean work like a job, set hours an stick to them you can pull in $500 a per week easy. Not to mention that whale who will come along and feel bad for you and drop you the 2k a month just because.

Your sites don't look half bad Cyberhound. Your main goal now should be to reach 1000 clickthrus/day by building more sites, which should get you much closer to 1 sale/day. Here's my opinion:

/suckacock/

- The photos look like vid caps.

- The recip table is a bit confusing. I'd make the LL site names bold and put some kind of border around the recip links with a header saying "Check out my friends" or something like that. The way you have it, a casual surfer doesn't know what those links are for.

- the warning text is also confusing for the same reason - I'd either use a unique font for them or put a border around it.

-"Come And Play With Becky This Amateur Just Loves To Play!" Is a run-on sentence.

- I avoid using the same banner twice in one free site, and always accompany banners with clickable text. In fact, I usually get more clicks if I use an unlinked thumbnail (of decent size) and good text.

/double/

- The red, yellow, and green text here doesn't work for me.

- The enter link is dark red, hard to find.

- You're also using the same banners multiple times here.

- Personally, I'd go into pimproll and choose a lower monthly price here, since this site looks pretty generic and IMO is a hard sell even with a $1 trial (which turns into 34 bucks a month).

- Nice horny text here, but I'd add more sales text for the "label readers."

- Some decent photos in here, but some are too small, and overall they look somewhat repetitive.

/winter/

- Nice header gfx.

- Your sitename is "Perfect Tits" but then on your index, you show a thumb of the girl's ass...:)

- The most unique feature of any girl on a solo-girl site is her face...so if I was going to show a girl's ass, then I'd make sure the surfer can also see her face.

- That table with the girls ass also will not get read... the paragraph is too long. I would break it up, emphasize key features in bold for people rushing to see the pics.

- Nice pics.

/naughty/

- Looks great. Only thing I would change is the same banner used on every page.

/goddess/

- There are some lukewarm pics in here that look like vid caps. If I'm selling a solo-girl site, I use only her best pics...and try not to use full-nudes.

/gspot/

- nice.

/kylieteen/

- Looks good, except too much info on the index, using font that's hard to read.

- I'd center the free site.

- I love the pics, but the price is WAY too expensive IMO. And the tour doesn't really do a great job of saying much about the 16 bonus sites. I personally would use one 3rd outlink to link to a hub that links to 16 free sites, each free site devoted to one of the bonus sites. It'll make your free site more "sticky" and from there you can send your traffic to one of your more large-scale sites.

Teen is the toughest niche for sales. There are many older webmasters that have it cornered already. If I were just trying to get started I would choose something less competitive that also interested me. If you like it you can sell it! :)

As for text, I prefer to use text. I seldom use banners.

I'd list your sites. :)

This industry crazy like that. I was told not to do teen by people but I've made 7 sales so far in 6 weeks. And I haven't been able to make a damn sale from my busty traffic yet!

I guess my point is different things work for different webmasters so must try lots of different approaches.

thats the first thing I checked was a whois hosting, ect. her domain is owned by a male name, I thought she or he is a women, I looked around at the homepage of her host and really didnt see anything fishy, they offer other services besides hosting.. If your on a low low cost plan (and thats ok) make sure they dont turn you off at a certain BW limit and fuck your listings up

Sorry susanna, this post has been blasting my mail all day an i just stopped reading it. It all depends on what the girl charges. My wife works it like a rough full time job 6 huor per day give or take. Most of the time she is pulling the long hours on the weekend nights, friday and saturday. She has and does work those nights all most the full night starts around 8pm and dont stop still about 5 or 6 am. Then she wil pull a few days durring the week and do about 3 to 4 hours per night, But that can change if its going good. Funny, summer months we find she makes more on a monday then the weekends, but in the winter its anyones game. But she is mostly charging about $2.00 per min. I have only met one girl who just blew my mind. She was pulling in 4k a week, working about 10 hours per day every day. At first we thought she was bull shitting us, but then she gave the wife access to her account and we were just blow away. Thats when the wife realized it can be done. And she went into high gear and took this very very seriously. Buying cheap outfits, toys, shoes etc. Others we noticed which im sure some of the cam site owners here will tell you, allot of the girl treat the customers like shit, 2 seconds after they come in chat they are telling them to go private on a 4.99 per min show. Those girls dont get allot of sales because of it. So the wif started treating everyone, even the beggars with some good chat, nothing dirty just talking to them and low and behold the sales increased. Another things these girls dont do is use all the features of the sites software, like sound. Wife did a test one night. Turned the sound on and left it on when she was in private. She started fake moaning, well the people who were sitting the free chat waiting for her to come out hear that shit and well they started comming into the pay vid just to see what the hell was going on. Sales increased. On average when she does that she can see 1 to 2 more customers just come in to see what the deal is. Also she does a good show to keep the customer comming back. If they want her naked an playing in 3 seconds, she does it. She is not a "stall queen" IE when a customer asks for something she does not put them off to get the extra mins. All these things add up to smart business and if taken seriously can add up to nice money. Sorry for the long post, I just did not want to give anyone the the idea that its easy work. Its very stressful on her at times and i am a luckly man to live with such a great woman. :)

The people I'm talking about do dozens of teen sales per day.

My husband now ex purchased it for me a couple months ago. Peakviewmarketing.com is the company I started a couple years ago, unable to compete with prices in india, and issues with non-payment by clients, I decided to try my hand at this. I did mostly link exchanges, and web design.

As far as ny hpsting I am using their reseller programmer and am pretty good friends with the owner of the company. He does allot of favors for me. Anyways Ive pulled a good 15 hour day today and exausted! Thank you everyone for your help. You all have always given good advise

I've made 8 sales I think in my first 5 weeks of submitting free sites. And not with a good conversion ratio either. I'm bringing approx 700 clickthroughs a day to sponsors after these 5 weeks.

Finding places that send you traffic is key. But thinking about the quality of that traffic is important too.

I have taken the approach of leaving TGPs till later as they are a lot harder to do. Difficulties include: Getting partner accounts, more bandwidth, lower conversion ratios, stricter rules. I have heard from many that without partner accounts TGP submitting is a waste of time. I started with freesites due to higher quality traffic, less strict rules, lower bandwidth, and gives long term traffic. Also many LL owners will point you in the right direction if you do something wrong. So you will get your hand held a little bit more that from doing TGPs.

One peice of advice that I think is worthwhile is build up your submission list for both freesites and TGPs manually. This is what many on the board said and I cant agree more. You can use databases you find elsewhere as a starting point but expand on it and check out each site individually before you start submitting. Research what are the best TGPs and LLs to be listed on and concentrate on getting listed there. Already the top 14 LLs account for 70% of my sales.

Also go for Pay per signup option if you really need cash to start with. This way you know you will get $35 a sale. Rev share can be better for some sponsors but in my limited experience I have found that usuing rev share rarely pays off and I've already lost over a hundred dollars with one sponsor alone by trying out revshare first.

I think trying a smaller niche might be worthwhile, especailly for freesites. A more general niche such as teens may be better for TGP traffic though.

Remember that your submission list for each niche should be unique and differ slightly.

If your having trouble selling your niche then research it. See how your sponsors try and sell and copy them. Get into the surfers head, know what the surfer wants and reflect it in your advertising.

And keep asking questions on this board. There is a wealth of information and so many people here really know there stuff when it comes to freesites. Have a search through some old threads too. I came to this board not even knowing what a freesite was and without the help from this board I doubt I'd be bringing in the traffic and making the sales I have done after my first month of submissions. Not that I think my acheivements in my first month are by any means impressive, but without researching I would have done a lot worse.

Looks good, except some of your big photos are huge (over 70kb).

Just about any niche will sell. Promote sites you like; the key is generating massive amounts of the right traffic interested in what you're selling.
