For centuries, Hindu women have worn a spot on their foreheads.

We have always naively thought that it had something to do with their religion.

The true story has recently been revealed by the Indian Embassy in Washington, D.C.

When one of these women gets married, she brings with her, a dowry. On her wedding night, the husband scratches off the spot to see if he has won either a convenience store, a gas station, a donut shop or a motel in the United States.

Just thought you would like to know.

Offensive. Honestly, people from India are some of the nicest people I've ever talked to. I worked tech support, it was hard to understand some of our Indian counterparts, but as customers they were always kind and patient.

I'm glad we have so many of them coming to Canada.

Lots of Middle Eastern people where I live too and they are all very nice. I buy my gas and convenience store stuff like scratch off lottery tickets from them all the time.

For what it's worth I'm part Latin and still found the vid very funny.

Sometimes I think that we have gotten so PC that we have forgotten how to laugh.

I love the Chris Rocks, Dave Chappelles, and the Ali Gs. I could watch their stuff all day and not be offended.

I applaud people for trying to lead a good life in a foreign land. It just hurts me to see people discourage them. Someday I would love to live somewhere in Latin America (you know, after I build my Adult empire...) I'd hate if eveyone threw shit at me and called me "gringo" :)

I totally agree cause both of those are funny as hell no matter who you know or where your from.

My advice to everyone is to learn to laugh at our lives a little more often or the goverment will come along and regualate it for us.
