Sorry - It's been asked before!
Really sorry, it's another freesite directories related question. I've searched and read lots of responses to the same question, but I think I need it explained again if possible to be absolutely sure...
Please? :) Assuming that I have a freesite structure like this: mydomain.com/freesites/NakedGranny/.html files I now want to change the recip table and submit the same site to the new link lists, and even more after that, so I change those recips and..........uh, help? Do I change the name at the top of each page of my freesite, and create the relevant new folders in my freesites directory like this: mydomain.com/freesites/GrannyNaked/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/GrannyUnclothed/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/GrannyNude/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareGranny/.html files Or not change the site at all, but duplicate it a few times and use a numbering system for the folder names like this: mydomain.com/freesites/NakedGranny2/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/NakedGranny3/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/NakedGranny4/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/NakedGranny5/.html files Or either? Or both? Or something totally different? |dizzy| I've searched, read and become confused, plus I'm sure that I've read some LL new rules stating this type of duplication isn't allowed. "Help me Greenguy and Jim Members.....you're my only hope" |dizzy| |
Go with the blue solution, there's something depressing about being on NakeGranny43. No need to change the name on each page IMO, just rename the folders, but it may be good for SEO.

This works too
mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-Naked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-NakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNaked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_Naked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_NakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNaked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-Naked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_Naked-Granny/.html files |
Many thanks for the swift and clear replies. I feel better now.

I would recommend that you try
mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/.html files (site with preff recips or clean page ) mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/grany/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/milf/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/mature/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/[granny-keyword]/.html files as well this way you will know that your sites are more organised.. But I agree mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-Naked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-NakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNaked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_Naked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_NakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/BareNaked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare-Naked_Granny/.html files mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_Naked-Granny/.html files is a good structure. but you should probably try this mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/fresites/Bare-Naked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/feesites/Bare-NakedGranny/.html files mydomain.com/fs/BareNaked-Granny/.html files mydomain.com/free-sites/Bare_Naked_Granny/.html files but its much more complicated :) I think mydomain.com/freesites/BareNakedGranny/.html files and mydomain.com/freesites/Bare_Naked_Granny/.html files is the same for google and it will see mirror much faster.. (use '-' instead) |
Another big "Thanks" is needed!
|thumb Okay, I've taken all of that in and will implement whichever works out to be the most efficient and easiest to use at the time. Probably using some of these "-" and maybe one or two "_" if needed. :) Many thanks again - you good folks are making things much simpler and more enjoyable. It feels like I have a team of experts ready to put me straight whenever needed. Love this place! |headbang| |bananna| |thumb |
