Seeking Great Hosting Company
 

I'm thinking of moving from my current hosting company.

Too many problems one after another, although for the most part I would have left a long time ago if one of the owners hadn't been so nice & the price is right.

At this point I need more stability now, plus all the features I was getting b4 & much better tech support, as dealing with oversears tech support sucks.

Here is what I need:

. dedicated IP options
. stat program that I don't have to pay . for. Would love Urchin, but I know it's rare.
. Min. 25 domains
. Min. 100 mailboxes
. Min. 500+ Disk usage
. Min. 20 GB traffic
. Auto responders
. A panel - I'm used to HSphere, although I know CPanel is more popular
. Great tech support that gets back asap & knows & understands the English language.

I tried to take a look at the different packages & then realized they aren't really there.

At first it looks like everything is unlimited except the bandwidth, but then they say their basic package only includes 1 domain.

Their chart needs some major redesigning LOL

How long have you been with them & what package do you have?

What problems do you encounter?

Switched to them this year. Greenguy&Jim is also hosted with them, FoxyAngel (we are doing video streaming) and a bunch of others that hang out on this board.

Switched to them because tech support is so much better with them then what I had and the fact that they have diesel generators so I'm unaffected by power outages like the recent hurricane that just hit us down here.

I'm on a dedicated box as is FoxyAngel too.

Well I'm with colo-cation as Cleo and several others from this board are, and can recommend them highly.
But I was also very happy with atci up in Mass that SinSational is offering. If you need the control panel and full logs you would actually be better off with them perhaps.

Either choice won't be a bad one as far as I'm concerned, depends primarily on what your needs are

As a company grows, they need more & more b/c more & more becomes available. Just remembering all the little features I need is daunting LOL, but I'm making lists.

I already found a hosting company & hopefully by the end of the weekend everything will be moved over & all set. I hate moving :( LOL
