Unified Stats Problem...
 

Anyone else having problems with Unified Stats not picking up sales here and there across most of the sponsors they track the last couple of weeks?

I noticed the start of the month I had 2 sales with a program and then after 4 or 5 days I wanted to see what I made so far and it dont show them at all, it shows hits, so then a few days ago I put my spare pc back together after loaning a few parts out to a buddy and I re-downloaded the stats program and put on that PC and added most of the sponsor logins and it didnt show those 2 sales either - it shows the hits from the 1st but not the sales..

all in all I am very happy to have there program and for free you cant beat it..plus john gets right back with you if there's a problem..

I checked into other stats programs and right now cant see paying..

It worked fine for me until Nov 1??

yeah thats when I had those sales - anyway when I put the stats fresh on my other pc it didnt show hits for a few sponsors and even rechecking the logins it still dont show them..

The reason I first noticed is because I have a couple of sponsors the automatically email me when I have sales. I was getting emails and I went to their stats and the sales showed up but US never picked them up.

When it first started it showed a couple of sales that disappeared later that day and I went to that sponsor and the same thing. The sales were there however US stopped showing them. But the did pick later sales for that sponsor.

So wtf???

I guess I can go back to checking them like I use to until they get a fix. :(

That's why I consider stats remote one of my best investments.

I'd rather check them by hand then actually spend that much on something that only requires a few min's of my time. :)

It would take me hours to check all my stats. (Over 400 programs joined, thanks to Free Hosted Galleries.)

I have noticed that US counts sales that isn't there... Especially from WegCash

Hi all ... I found that problem few months ago with few sponsors. For instance, for MaxCash it easily detect their Diamond Signups but standard ones, the $35 signups, nope! Also there is a difference with click count with lot's of sponsors.

However I use US only as a help tool to see where I'm at during the month & it's great that way. Don't know about stats remote but my guess is nothing can beat hand check |thumb

Surfn, your best bet would be to get in touch with John from Unified Stats and give him a heads up of the problem sponsors. I've ICQ'd him before and he was very helpful (even released a fresh build to fix my problem). Sometime programs update their backends and then UStats has to update their code to match it again.

I deleted it. I now have one 4 hour block a week dedicated to checking my top producing sponsors. :)
