What exactly are you looking for? Toplist that reads server logs, or something more like a traditional toplist? Need more info :)

If you're genuinely looking for something simple it probably wouldn't be that difficult to code.

Just a simple referral script....

webmasters sign up.....send hits to root.com

and on root.com.....the top 20 are ranked by traffic sent.

I know a lot of people use this....so I'm sure there are some scripts out there.
