Hiring a Gallery Reviewer?
 

Hey Everyone!
I am putting together a plan to re-open my TGP. I've been out of that part of the game for a little while and was never able to give it my all.

While I plan on initially reviewing galleries and partner applications, I figure that as things get better it would make more sense to hire someone to do gallery submissions so I could focus on other parts of running the sites.

I was wondering what people who run major TGPs or Linklists for the matter do in order to find good reviewers? How do you work out a pay schedule? do you do it per hour, per X number of galleries reviewed, etc.... Any good ways of keeping the reviewer up to high standards?

I'm probably not a good example, ebcause I just hired friends that had link lists aready to do my reviews on the side. MML gets paid twice a month (but he does more than just review) & the straight reviewers gets paid monthly.

I pay roughly $20/hour.
