Omg, I finally got listed on the hun! |bow|

Noticed my BW graphs going sky high.. Doing a steady 6-8 Mbit at the moment.

What can I expect the next couple of days?

about 150K - 300K uniques if movies about 400+gigs burned :D hopefully a lot of sales.

congrats! I love the Hun, certain niches do quite well there. Kinda fun watching that bandwith surge, too lol.

I do really well with MGP listings on thehun, but a TGP gallery selling the same exact website, and I'm lucky if it converts at all... |huh

It really seems to depend on the niche. I got several listings this year and average mainstream hardcore didn´t convert well, while specific niches did. OK, my galleries aren´t advanced ones, but that didn´t make a difference, I think. |cry|

Haha, I had my first gallery (pics) on The Hun earlier this month, and I didn't make a single sale. My bw went through the roof though. I have at least learned what not to submit there! :D

Yeah, I've noticed now The Hun isn't the holy grail!
200K visits resulted in $40 signups and $0.04 dialer ...

But it was a nice stresstest for my server though ;)

I'll tell you what I have learned not to submit there....Nothing! I always hear all the hype about OMG I got listed on the Hun looks like I'll be able to retire early now...Hahahaha. :D More like you'll need a second job to pay your BW bills. |headbang|

You've got 361 days to go... the initial bw is the price you pay... once you get off the front page and the tyre kickers / bookmarkers / daily scabs aren't pounding your gallery, you'll find his traffic quality improves dramatically...

A month or 2 ago one of my Teen galleries ended up on the hun's overflow. I figured it was kind of in a lost position there but it's still on the overflow page and gets a very nice amount of traffic there. The quality is also higher than on the Hun's index page so sometimes it's better to get listed on the overflow then on the index page I guess :)

Just out of curiousity.. how much BW did it burn?

My last 6 listings left me with a grand total of ZERO sales :( (and a huge BW bill)

The archives seem to be better, I still get an occasional sale from a gallery listed in December last year :)

There are many other Not so legendary Tgps than the Hun that do Way better than that on a lot less bandwidth. Historically, my listings there have been very disappointing and I do get listed. My new policy is simply not to submit there anymore. |jester|

Are you guys thats are getting listed on the hun using dedicated servers?

Yes, I´m on a dedicated box and since I get hun listings I´m in the need of about 5 mbps. |shocking|

hun traffic is good if your not selling teen or les stuff need a more hardcore niche i got 30 sign ups on one gallery on the main page plus more in archives, average at least 12-15 on most galleries....overflow once about a month ago tho it would be great but it sucked for me lol.. :)

If you own the site consider the listing branding. If you dont own the site...your rolling the dice.

Niche is not the most important in thehuns listing. You may sell softcore/hardcore/fetish/pics/movies - whatever. There is a simple secret for success and it was discussed and revealed on a bunch of boards. Such threads are so popular, damn...
