I don't have a link list but as another submitter's point of view, the banner is as blind as it can get...LOL (if you are talking about the one on the bottom of the page).

If you have to ask the answer is - NO

I think you should use more good colors on your site becaues it's very difficult for the surfer's eyes ;)

Yep, that flashing gif at the bottom of the index is pretty much the epitomy of a blind link.

The green gallery links on that red/orange background are very hard on the eyes. Gif at the bottom of the main page is another blind link.

Gif on galleries one and two are both blind as well.

Read the rules of the Link Lists that you want to submit to & if your site fits, submit it. If you get declined & can't figure out why, then come ask here on the board :)
