I see you try to follow linklist rules. Your site looks good for me.

I think that on some LL you will be declined because ad on main page between gallery thumbs looks like thumb.

IMHO: If it's truth then we can say every banner looks like thumb ;) But probably some linklist owners really think so.

Banner the same size and in line with the galley thumbs could be a problem... but really it isn't terrible. However, it does sort of look like another free site from a free site factory... nothing new here.

Hmmm...let's see here, your domain is on the master blacklist (you can appeal)...blind links on the main and gallery pages...and the borderline thumb banner on the main page. I'd say you've got some clean up work to do if you want to get consistent listings.

Is this the same Barton that was submitting under many different names and e-mails? That might explain it.
