Ok well I figured I would start mine before things get out of hand and I have to figure out a way of importing everything to them. I was wondering, how many people here automate them (ie: the placing of links, content, banners, etc)? Or do you build everything from scratch?

Don't try to automate until you have a formula that works. ;)

Automate everything, you'll be glad you did. But as Max said, get a plan first. So many times I think I wish I'd done that before I started.

I would have had mine finished by now if I could just stick with one system to automate, but I'm over picky and keep changing up templates.
