Morning
Had to piss at 5 and as I was going back to bed my wife asked, "are you up for the day?" "Yep", I said. And she said she was too. So, we are both up and getting to work.

The Grandchildren are gone and we have to get in the attic to get all the inside Christmas decorations my Mother had.

Newsletter will go out tomorrow and I will be moving stuff all day. I will be in and out all day.

It's "Sinterklaas" today in my part of the world. Stuveltje had it yesterday I believe. It's some kind of dude in funky clothes that brings toys to children who have been good this year. Some sort of European Santa Claus actualy :)
As usual I got nothing this year.

As I continue to unpack I keep finding these little treasures I had forgot about or thought I had lost. Last night I found a couple boxes of autographed albums...today I be rocking to tunes instead of my usual TV white noise :D

When I unpacked, I found that I lost a lot of things. Speaking of which, I need a new Turkey Pan :)

Just a day of work, errands, and trying to catch little furry creatures today.

I was up way too late hanging out with my neighbor and one of his rent-a-girls eating too much food and watching old movies.

Happy/Joyous/Merry Sinterklaas Fonz. Were you good this year? I'll never understand why you Euros don't just arbitrarily attach Sinterklaas |santa| to the birth of some Arab |buddy| a couple thousand years ago. It's good for the economy. ;)

Good morning! It's so cold here ... 12 degrees. But the ice had a chance to melt yesterday so at least people won't be driving like idiots.

I've got a lot of work this morning & then I have to run my step-daughter over to her physical therapy session for her knee at 2 or so.

....and then, of course, that silly radio show thing tonight :)

Good morning from under quickly melting snow!! I had to brush off my car this morning, there was about 5 inches of snow on it. . . but now the sun's out and I wouldn't be surprised if by tonight there was just a lot of wet grey slushy mess to turn into ice overnight. :( Driving tomorrow is not going to be fun.

It's winter, so get over it. You wanna complain? Move to the northern US or Canada and experience REAL cold, slushy and wet winters...then you can be justified. Otherwise, zip it.

Got more than enough on my plate (as usual) to be standing around yammering away needlessly.

Another week, another day of missed school for the munchkin due to ear troubles.

This is getting out of hand, so hopefully they will figure out something soon. All the missed school and missed work aside, he hurts and I don't like that. :(

Gonna be another sweltering day here I think. I got my walk done early to avoid the heat and got attacked by magpies.. they are black and white birds with fucking sharp beaks that get territorial when nesting. They swoop down from the trees and try to stab your head with their beak as the they go past. LOL two people out walking told me they only attack kids usually... dunno how to take that. They are also usually finished being territorial this time of year too.
