Richards Realm Premium Account Holders
 

Hello, was wondering if any other RR Premium Account holders have been having problems with their submissions lately. I am still waiting on a confirmation on my last two days worth of submissions. This is a little unusual for RR in my experience, I emailed them this morning, still waiting to hear something. Anyone else having problems?

Yep, I think we're spoiled BB ;) Ya know, those guys that swear by the hun have to wait a whole bloody month to get reviewed. LOL There for a while RR was an easy 12 hr or less turnaround... I, too am still waiting on review of galleries submitted early yesterday. I'm sure it's simply the influx of new people buying passes up. I sure hope they're going to put a limit on the # of submitpasses sold like others are doing... Otherwise we're going to be right back in the same boat quick lol. Eh, people get slow, behind, whatever, and i just chalk it up to "shit happens". It was like this a couple days last week too, but it turned back around fairly quickly. Give it a couple days, i bet it stabilizes again. |thumb

Well ya know how I feel about the Hun..lmao. As far as Richards making me spoiled, your damn right. But what has spoiled me is their great customer service. Always getting a confirmation or denial email, that's going an extra step in my book. But when I submit two days worth of ads and do not here anything on any of them it makes me wonder.... what the heck is going on over there. Still waiting on an email response. I'm sure they are busy as hell. Maybe all the hobbyist submitters and weekend warriors are trying to earn a little extra Christmas cash! Hahahaha!! |jackinthe

So if I'm counting correctly, 4 out of 5 submitters who answered this thread so far have not only NOT been getting listed but are also NOT receiving the usual email notification that RR is known for? Wonder whats up. This sounds like maybe something more than just a backlog.... still no answer to my email either. Maybe tomorrow will bring some answers to this mystery. I've been a submitter to Richards for some time now and have never had a complete shutdown like this.

they have galleries listed as of Dec 8th.. but they aren't listing nearly as many galleries as they normally do. something must be up.

just got a gallery approval email.

I bought a pass yesterday and submitted some gals earlier this day.

I'm having the same problems, galleries not listed, no submission emails and emailing them I have had no reply. RR have always been great though so I expect it is just a hitch which they are working on. I'm glad it's just not me though.

I didn´t get e-mails for the last three days. Now I got a bunch of them for all submitted galleries of this period telling me that they are accepted. I had a look at it but none of the approved galleries is listed.

I sent David an e-mail about this problem. He usually is very helpful and I´m sure he will take care of this problem soon. I´ll tell you when I get a reply. |thumb

Well I am happy to report that I just got my confirmation emails, |bananna| all my galleries have been listed! I guess I'll just chock this up to being behind on reviews. |thumb

Are your confirmed galleries listed or did you just get confirmation e-mails as I did?

Hello again, |waves| just a little follow up on the Richards Realm situation. I just received an email from Richard, apparently they had a server problem the last couple of days so that was what was causing the issue. I knew something was up, it's just not like them to get that backed up on reviews. Anyway, I guess that's it for this thread. |headbang|

Seems to be that I´m the only one who´s galleries are approed but not listed. I hope there isn´t something wrong with them, but really don´t think so. |confused|

You're not the only one. I've had a bunch of approval emails today, but so far nothing listed. Haven't had any galleries listed in a few days now actually. Here's hoping they all get listed soon.
