Just try moving things around and see what happens. That's what I do when I'm trying to change something in code I'm not familiar with. Just make sure you back up the file first :D

Or you could just delete the description from the "Tagline" field under options in your admin.

yes i was thinking about just deleting it however i think that the text will help with search engine indexing
