why do i have to log in all the time?
 

several times a day i read the gg board and i noticed today, every time i wanna post i have to log in again, how come?

Do you have remember me checked?

Try:

Log out, if it gives you a message that logging out wasn't successful, click that.

Clear your cache

Look for any cookies that contain greenguysboard.com

close IE completely (or whichever browser you are using)

Load IE, go to the board, log in, make sure you have remember me checked.

Also, if the date on your computer is more than 9000 seconds ahead of the real time, it could be expiring your session each time.

oke me gonna try that and yes i had to log in again even i didnt leave the gg board.........brb:D

I also had to log in twice today.

oke i did all even restarted my puter, clicked the remember me box, so i am posting now and will leave the board and will see if i have to log in again if i leave

You forgot the part about putting your face to the screen for a retina scan!

Or the Visa commercial where the guy puts his head through the screen.

na thats to easy, what kind of passport? Dutch, asian, russian, zcech, british etc etc, you name it the dutchies can get it:D

Same here. I have to login almost each time. I am using Firefox and yes, the box is checked. It happened to me for a while on another board and suddenly it worked fine but guess what ? It's starting to do the same sh*t at the other board too !!!!!!!!!

i have the same problem...and maybe it's on the setting.

I was about to pile on, but the board actually did remember me this time.

It's been happening to me here this week as well. There's another board I visit that I can't log in to at all, even when I make a new identity. It's probably just me though...

well my problem was fixed after the advice from jim and cd34:)

Here's what ya do...
At the next new moon, light a whole bunch of candles, slay a goat and lay the entrails across the keyboard at moonrise while singing Druidic chants. Computer exorcism complete when all candles burn out. ;~)

by the way some troubles with logging in/cookies might be caused by your provider - been there seen that
