Problem with Tommy's Bookmarks

Hi, not sure if I'm just loosing my mind or not |crazy| I do not see the submit a site link at Tommy's anymore. Anyone having this problem? Or is it just me? Thanks!

Use the address with the hyphen and it shows on the index, the address without the hyphen it doesn't show on the index :)
