Only things I see that may give you problems will be the sponsor content as it gets saturated very quickly.

And your exit link on the ass site (damn, those are some BIG butts!)...if you're doing to have an exit link, it should probably go to an english speaking site since we're marketing to english speaking surfers.

It's reason for decline your site.

DD and Doctor are right on Leanboy...site title should never be even close to the same as the paysite. And you can only use the word 'Enter' on the entrance to your site...on the warning page.
