Do you pay per submitted free site or you're just expecting that people will submit their free sites just cause you asked for them?

From your thread seems like you have nothing to offer and just asking for established webmasters to submit sites to you. Good luck with that...

Pay people to submit their sites? Paying for people to build free sites I don't have a problem with, but I guess I don't understand why I would pay someone to submit their already built sites ?
It seems to me you think there's a problem with asking for people's freesites for my linklist, not sure why, since the point of building them is to submit to LL's / get exposure and get traffic.
Anyways not sure why you think I need the luck or what that has to do with anything.
