adult search engines, links lists, link dumps and TGPs that do NOT require reciprocals? The smaller ones I guess.

Thats going to be hard to find, least sites that will be worth submitting to. You want traffic, the sites you want links from want traffic, pretty simple.

I don't think this list is available on the net. But you can try to check out webmaster resources which have the list of linklists. But the most part of this lists are out of date.
