How to configure and use windows media encoder for streaming cam.

I would like to use Windows Media Encoder/player for my streaming cam.

How do I configure it, and what is some good page set up codes for to get it to work?

Dont know anybody who does that. There are loads of reasons why like speed and inflexibility.
