Reviewing Galleries
 

Hey guys, Im just wondering what you guys do when reviewing gallery submissions as far as spelling goes for the descriptions. Is this a concern that you look after? or dont pay any attention to it?

I correct spelling, grammar, and sometimes totally change the description.

Same here. I notice a lot of spelling errors which I correct and I sometimes completely change the phrase if it doesn't make sense to me or has nothing to do with the gallery.

I think lots of spelling errors reflect poorly on your TGP or Link List.

Sometimes I target miss-spelled search term keyphrases and use it in my text on my galleries, but I never use it in my descriptions. So if you ever get one of my galleries and or freesites and the spelling is not correct, it's probably on purpose...|bananna|

My best selling page for one of my sponsors isn't a gallery or free site, but a one page "mini-hub" that I targeted for a miss-spelling of the sponsors name. :D

As you said, I would never intentionally use a miss-spelling in a description. In fact I don't even worry much about SE keywords. My sole focus for my description is catching the surfers attention so they'll look at my gallery. Of course, you have to deliver what's in the description or they'll never click through to the sponsor.

I dont have the time to correct anything in submissions. If people submit bad descriptions, thumbs or categories I simply reject the gallery...
